Jessica is one of the foremost account managers in branding and has an amazing passion for the united* goal of creating highly connected and enduring relationships. Fundamentally, this comes from great listening, communication and organizational skills, but maybe more intangibly it's driven off her unique understanding of where expectation, strategy and service meet.
Jessica started in the branding and design industry working as a Project Manager for Interbrand, where her clients included Heinz, New York Life and the American Cancer Society. She spent two years there and then was recruited by Wallace Church to become the Account Manager, leading the Gillette partnership |
She was quickly promoted to become Senior Account Manager, where her responsibilities as lead client contact included managing all brand redesigns and new product launches from conception through production, and always ensuring all deliverables were being met in a timely and cost-effective manner. During her seven years at Wallace Church she led all client support activities not only at Gillette, but also across Heinz, J.M Smucker, Unilever and Cadbury-Schweppes.
